VENDING FEES: (by selecting payment thru any of these paypal options- Vendor agrees to adhere to and abide by all points mentioned in the Vendor Agreement below)

 

-Large Food Vendors: (multi-item food and beverage menu) - $250 per day (must be present all 4 days). Price includes free admission for ONE additional helper.

 

-Small Food Vendors: (single specialty food item- i.e. Coffee, Ice Cream, Lemonade, Funnel cake) - $125 per day (must set up all 4 days). Price includes free admission for ONE additional helper.

 

Large Craft Vendors: $100 per day (multi-item display and/or high-ticket wares such as high-end art, gemstone jewelry and musical instruments) Must be present all 4 days- Price includes free admission for ONE additional helper


Small Craft Vendors: 
$50 per day (single speciality item- ie. Hula-hoops, tie-dye shirts, inexpensive jewelry and wirewraps, books) 
Must be present all 4 days - Price DOES NOT include free admission for ONE additional helper. Any additional help must purchase a festival camping pass.

 

Yoga Craft Vendors: $150 per day (Yoga Mats, Straps, Blocks, Props, Blankets, Books, Dvd's, etc.). Must set up all 4 days.

Price includes free admission for ONE additional helper.

  

Non-Profit Vendors can participate free of charge as long as there are no items being sold. Two reps per table come at no charge. Any additional persons must obtain a festival pass.

 

-All vendors must provide their own electricity, lighting, coolers/refrigeration, pop-up tent AND tables/chairs.


-All Vendors must obtain and provide all necessary food-handling licenses, permits, insurance and pay all fees they require.

 FESTIVAL VENDOR RULES AGREEMENT/APPLICATION

By selecting payment thru any of the paypal options- Vendor agrees to adhere to and abide by all points mentioned in the Vendor Agreement below

  -Vendor space is 10x10 and does not include electricity. Generators (must be very quiet/silent generator) , additional cords, lighting, outlets, chairs, tables and a pop-up tent will be provided by the Vendor


-Small Craft Vendors must pay specified vending fee and additionally purchase a festival pass for each additional  person who will be working a vending table. (tix online at www.evolvefest.org- discounted through 9/30)

 

-Large Craft Vendors must pay specified vending fee and additionally purchase a festival pass for each additional  person (beyond the first two) who will be working a vending table. (tix online at www.evolvefest.org- discounted through 9/30)

-It is agreed that 1 vehicle will be allowed at the vendor space.

 

-It is understood that the festival shall commence at 12pm Fri. Sept 2nd and end at 8pm Mon. Sept. 5th


-Vendor must load in and set up between 12-3pm on Fri. Sept. 2nd and must close down  between 6pm and 8pm Mon. 5th.


-Vendor may not use toxic substances nor have an open fire in their vending area

 

 

-Vendor and vendor’s staff must wear I.D. at all times while on the site.


-Vendor may not drive vehicles in concert area during musical performance times.


-Vendor must drive at a maximum speed of 10 mph and where there is pedestrian traffic,  not exceed 5 mph.


-No smoking is allowed in the vendor space.


-Vendor will have access to their vendor space 24 hours/ day.


-Vendor agrees to abide by all local, state and federal laws pertaining to their sales of goods at the event.


-It is agreed that vendor is responsible for paying all local, state and federal taxes.


-It is agreed that vendor is responsible for providing all insurance coverage needs required by the county.

 

-Vendor must mail copy of insurance and food menu in with application

-Vendor is aware that all food offering will be vegetarian 

-It is agreed that ONLY FOOD VENDORS will obtain all necessary permits from Vernon Township.

-Presenter reserves the right to refuse entrance to anyone at any time and eject anyone at any time for poor behavior.
