started playing music at a very young age, and has always been a spirit
seeking the deeper mystical truths. Combining these two, he has been
blending his love of playing music with the spiritual power of sound and
vibration. Understanding how the frequency of sound can unlock and
create very deep journeys, spontaneous release of emotional wounds and
facilitate the opening of our energy centers. Sound is what calls things
into being, as all is vibration, and every sound has a direct effect on
every cell in our body, and the entire universe. He
works with a unique mix of sound, breathing, mantras, Rieki, chanting,
Taoist color healing, and his personal shamanic practices. He has spent
many years working with various instruments such as; tibetan singing
bowls, native american flute, hand drums, guitar, bouzouki, mandolin,
guzheng, and voice. Whether he is toning to animals, intuitively taking
someone on a spiritual journey through the bouzouki, or playing drums in
a psychedelic funk band, Wakah Chan, the elements of sound healing and
shamanic practice are always at work. Gabriel can be contacted at

Bispham
Hillary
Bispham, Co-Founder and Director of FLOW yoga, is a certified
teacher of Structural Yoga, a tradition that was developed by Mukunda
Stiles and inspired by the lineage of Viniyoga. Structural Yoga is a
system of Classical Yoga that acknowledges differences in body
composition, alignment and levels of flexibility. In Structural Yoga,
emphasis is placed on the need to modify certain poses for certain
bodies
In Hillary’s class, conscious breath is linked to
movement, and the student 'flows' through sequences of postures
designed to open and strengthen all systems of the body, mind, and
spirit, while creating internal heat that serves to detoxify and
invigorate the entire being.
Hillary is inspired by the
philosophy that yoga should be accessible and enjoyable for
everyone. Her teaching style reflects her belief in the
transformative healing power of a safe and balanced yoga practice. With
calm and clear instruction, Hillary guides students towards the
practice that is best suited for their needs, while also continually
providing (and encouraging) new challenges so that students may
begin to nurture their highest potential, on and off the mat!
In addition, Hillary is trained in Thai yoga bodywork with the
internationally renowned Lotus Palm school. This deeply therapeutic
ancient art is like a meditative dance in which the recipient is
guided through a series of restorative, passive yoga postures while
acupressure technique is applied to the energy channels (sen lines)
of the body. The experience is one of total, blissful relaxation
integrating body, mind, and spirit. _______________________________________________________ Phil

that he has received both from his infinitely wise teachers and from his
personal practice. His classes are fun and loving with a kick of
spiritually awakening sarcasm. He wants all students to feel welcome
whatever their background or ability and drives his classes to the place
of universal acceptance. His classes are known for bringing students to
places they didn't think were possible. He has a specialty in working
with therapeutic issues. Phil Owns

Montague E-RYT, Co-director Satya Yoga Center “What I love about Yoga is that it’s an entire body, mind,
heart and soul experience. It’s the art and science of life, it never
gets old, each time you come to your practice it’s a new experience and
the journey is never over. It’s incredible that these ancient practices
are so vital and alive today.”
What
I most love about teaching Yoga is the community that is created
connecting with students, students connecting with each other, and all
of us connecting more deeply with ourselves. Each class I view as
Satsang, a gathering of people in search of Truth. This is very
powerful, and gives life an essential and very profound purpose. It is my strong belief, at this pivotal time in history,
that the Earth and all of the beings on the Earth need all of us to be
practicing Yoga.” Sunday September
6, 10-10:45am Begin to explore the
wonders of Kirtan! Call and response chanting, with Mantras that heal
the body and soothe the mind. We’ll
open our bodies to free the natural breath, And then we’ll dive in to the wonderous sounds of Sanskrit
chants that awaken the subtle energy channels in the body. A beautiful
way to begin the day! __________________________________ Rama Rama is a raw foodist who has been focusing on healing his

Tara
Steccato, Co-Founder and Director of FLOW yoga, is a certified
Structural Yoga teacher and registered National Yoga Alliance teacher,
who continues to study with Charlotte 'Hamsa' Stone. In addition, she
recently completed a Vinyasa Flow teacher training with Seane Corn at
Kripalu. She is deeply inspired and influenced by yoga master teachers
Seane Corn, Sharon Gannon and David Life. These teachers embody
the aspects of Seva (selfless service), Bhakti (devotion), and
Ahimsa (non-violence), which she feels are the most integral and
essential tenets of yoga. Her love of selfless service
brought her to ‘Kula for Karma’ a non-profit organization of yoga
teachers uniting their efforts to serve the greater community.
Besides teaching ‘Karma’ yoga classes for Kula, she also serves on
their Advisory Board and is working with their Director to
implement a proposal that would make Seva (selfless service) work
or ‘Karma’ Yoga a part of every yoga teacher training, nationwide. Uniting
meditation, breathwork, imagery, self-inquiry, personal growth,
warmth and compassion, her adaptive style combines a flowing
sequence of postures in a challenging, yet accessible vinyasa flow
class. ____________________________ Jessica
